Kendra Stearns Drozd is a former advertising executive, brand manager, and executive recruiter with experience in consumer marketing and talent recruitment. A graduate of Williams College and Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, she has worked with brands including Kraft Foods and Bloom, Gross & Associates. Based in Bluffton, South Carolina, Kendra writes about leadership, motherhood, resilience, community service, and the importance of human connection. She is also a commissioned Stephen Minister and longtime advocate for emotional support during life’s most difficult seasons.

Banking & Financial Background

Dmitriy began his career in the financial sector, working with institutions such as Raiffeisen Bank, where he developed a strong foundation in banking operations, financial systems, and corporate structure. This early experience provided him with practical insight into international finance and business operations that later became central to his consulting work.

Entrepreneurship & E-Commerce Consulting

In 2017, Dmitriy transitioned into entrepreneurship and consulting, co-founding two Poland-based consulting firms focused on e-commerce strategy, brand development, fulfillment operations, HR outsourcing, and marketing research and analysis. Through these ventures, he worked with clients across Europe, supporting the launch, scaling, and operational management of online businesses in competitive international markets.
